KEITH KILLIAN: Our strategy is to immediately assign an associate attorney and a paralegal to your case. Those two individuals will work together with lead counsel. Some of the areas in which the firm practices include wrongful death, workers' compensation, radiation exposure, and catastrophic injuries. Our firm is able to take your case on a contingency fee basis; that is, we get paid a percentage of what you get in settlement or judgment. If we're not successful for you then there will be no attorneys fees. We have enough resources to handle your case from beginning to end.
