AMY EATON-FITZPATRICK: I've been practicing law for ten years. I went to the University of Texas school of law where I got my doctorate in jurisprudence. I received a LLM, which is a master's of law at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. I became a plaintiff's attorney because I wanted to help people.

AMY EATON-FITZPATRICK: I understood that there were people out there who were hurt or injured and they--it's a struggle to get through the legal system, and I wanted to be able to help people through that.

I practice worker's compensation and social security. I want to maximize whatever I can get for my clients. And, you know, I didn't get into law, you know, for--to get attorney fees or to make money. I got into law to help people. And so, certainly, that's--you have to have attorney fees to live, but I mean my goal is to help my client as much as possible.
