DAMON DAVIS: Well I've been working here with what is now Killian & Davis since 2002.

DAMON DAVIS: And I've practiced in state courts, federal courts and with administrative bodies, both at the, the trial and the appellate level.
Well, I kind of happened into being a plaintiff's attorney and since then I've found that I really enjoy it. Most of my family comes from a blue collar background. Most of my friends come from a blue collar background. I'm really helping people in their times of crisis that are like my family and friends. And I really believe strongly in our judicial system and that everybody, whether you're a construction worker or a business executive, needs to be treated equally before the law--

My practice areas are principally in legal writing and appellate work for personal injury cases, which means that I do the legal research--

DAMON DAVIS: --the writing, whether it be letters or writing for the court in cases where people are hurt, injured and are, are trying to obtain a recovery for that. I also practice in some other areas, but those are my principle ones.
My philosophy is to get as much as we--of a recovery as we reasonably can for our clients.
The reason you should choose me for your attorney is you won't just be choosing me as your attorney, you'll be choosing our firm. And unlike some firms where you just have one attorney who works for you on your case, regardless of that attorney's strengths and weaknesses.
Our firm you get a team-based approach in which we might have multiple attorneys work on your case, each attorney using their strengths and making up for the other attorney's weaknesses.
Just like everybody else, we have strengths and weaknesses. And you'll get a team-base approach with multiple strengths when you come to our firm.
