DAN ROBINSON: I've been an attorney for about 20 years. I am from Western Colorado. I've been in Mason County for 35 years and have served in a number of capacities from the school board to different community organizations and boards. I was a Legal Aid lawyer, I was a deputy district attorney and I'm now with the firm of Killian & Davis.

We have a system that really does require somebody to be an advocate for people who have been injured in an accident or who have experienced some kind of trauma in their life.

Plaintiff's attorneys are on the side of that person who's been a victim of an accident or an injury in a very complicated system.

DAN ROBINSON: And I believe that being on the side of the plaintiff and the victim to get them what they deserve.

What happens so often are people are involved in an accident or an injury or a family member or loved one dies and very often those people do not have the opportunity of somebody to stand in their corner and seek some kind of fairness or, or, or justice for what's happened to them.

DAN ROBINSON: But my philosophy is this system is designed so that there's a balance here, that there are those with interest financially, insurance companies, who have their interest. Well, individuals also have an interest. They deserve and they're entitled to some kind of fairness in this system. Without a good lawyer they're not going to get it. It's that simple.

This firm has eight lawyers. They're all very bright, very competent. We work strongly as a team. Every client who comes through these doors is going to be known and recognized and we take seriously their case as the most important thing for that family, that individual, and we'll work hard to get them a result that they need.

This firm prides itself on a long history of getting effective results for clients who deserve it. What I think most clients want, in my experience is they want results. They want the best possible result for the incident that they're involved with. And this firm delivers.
