Gabriel P. Maldonado

Gabriel P. Maldonado

Attorney at Law

I stand with injured people and families who need a fighter in their corner — combining relentless advocacy with honest, human guidance. My practice is dedicated to helping those whose lives have been disrupted by injury, loss, or misconduct, and I am honored to serve as their advocate during some of their most challenging moments.

Background & Experience

I became a plaintiff’s lawyer because I believe in leveling the playing field for people who would otherwise face powerful corporations or individuals alone. Early in my career, I worked at a transactional firm, but I quickly realized that I wanted to help people directly—not companies. That realization changed the course of my professional life.

Since transitioning into litigation, I have represented clients across Colorado in personal injury matters, premises liability cases, trucking and dog-bite injuries, bad-faith disputes, and civil rights actions. My driven, detail-oriented approach ensures that every client receives comprehensive, strategic, and ethical advocacy.

My Approach to Clients

My approach is grounded in honesty, clarity, and respect. I believe clients deserve the truth—about the strengths of their cases, the challenges ahead, and the realities of the legal process. I do not make empty promises or sugar-coat outcomes.

Instead, I focus on empowering my clients with knowledge and guidance, walking beside them every step of the way. My goal is always to provide steady, tireless advocacy and to ensure that my clients feel heard, supported, and genuinely cared for.

I’m a proud Wyoming native who remains closely connected to the Rocky Mountain region and the legal communities that shaped me. I continue to maintain relationships through the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association, ensuring my clients always have access to trusted resources across the Mountain West.

Outside the office, I’m an avid fly fisherman, classic-car enthusiast, and bird hunter. I am also a second-generation lawyer, and I come from a family committed to public service—my mother practices law, while my father and brother both work in medicine.
