Supporting Local Nonprofits in Western Colorado

As people who live and work on the Western Slope, the attorneys and staff at Killian, Davis & Richter, PC, are deeply invested in the communities we serve. One of the ways we express that community commitment is through Killian Cares, our firm’s philanthropic initiative designed to give back by supporting important local nonprofit organizations.

This ongoing initiative at the firm supports local nonprofits through monthly donations and active participation in community events. Killian Cares engages in community outreach to identify worthy causes and organizations that are having a real impact. Nominations come from the people who know firsthand about the changes these groups are making in people’s lives.

Every month, our firm meets to review nominations and work with selected nonprofits to craft a meaningful partnership. Rather than simply providing a monetary donation, we work through media outlets to highlight each organization’s mission and the impact it is having through donations, volunteerism, and awareness efforts.

These worthy organizations make an impact on the communities they serve every day. Through Killian Cares, we work to recognize their efforts and help to make that impact even greater.
