For me, the practice of law begins with a simple guiding principle: care deeply, fight tirelessly, and pursue justice for every injured client. My work is dedicated to helping individuals whose lives have been upended by injury, loss, or injustice, and I am honored to stand beside them as their advocate.

Background & Experience

Originally from London, Ontario, Canada, I built a strong academic foundation at the University of Western Ontario, where I earned my B.A., graduated on the Dean’s Honor List, and was awarded the Western Continuing Scholarship. I went on to complete a dual J.D./M.B.A. at the University of British Columbia, where my dedication to academic excellence was recognized with the Ghent Davis Memorial Scholarship and the John Anderson Scholarship.

I later pursued an LL.M. at UCLA through a Dean’s Tuition Fellowship and was honored with the Masin Family Academic Excellence Silver Award.

I chose personal injury law because I wanted to serve everyday people—injured individuals who deserve someone willing to stand up to power and fight for what’s right. That commitment brought me to Grand Junction and to Killian, Davis & Richter, P.C., where I proudly represent clients throughout Colorado.

My practice includes personal injury and wrongful death matters, premises liability cases, trucking and motor-vehicle collisions, dog-bite injuries, insurance bad-faith disputes, and civil rights actions. I approach every case with care, discipline, and a commitment to honest, client-first advocacy.

My Approach to Clients

Real advocacy begins with knowing the person, not just the case. I take time to understand each client’s story, treating their experiences with dignity, presence, and empathy. I value the opportunity to build genuine relationships—listening deeply, offering clarity, and walking with clients through some of the most difficult chapters of their lives.

I’m a proud Colorado transplant who has embraced life on the Western Slope. Outside the office, you’ll often find me outdoors—hiking, skiing, golfing, or fishing—or spending meaningful time with family and friends. I’m also an avid sports fan and rarely miss a chance to cheer on my favorite teams.
